URGENT: Security Incident Regarding Your Hosting Services

Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you of a serious security incident affecting some of our servers. Unfortunately, our investigations indicate that these servers have been compromised, and at this time, data on those servers is not recoverable.

Please review your options below and take the necessary action immediately.


Option 1: Migrate to a New Provider

If you have backups elsewhere and wish to move your services to a new provider, you will need to update your domain's Name Servers directly through your domain registrar, Enom.

  1. Go to the Enom Domain Management Portal here: https://access.enom.com
  2. You will need a Domain Access Password to log in.
  3. Please email domains@zerohosting.com with your domain name to request your password.
  4. Once logged in, navigate to the DNS or Name Server settings to update them to your new host's DNS records.

If you cannot log in after receiving your password, please reply to domains@zerohosting.com for assistance.

Option 2: Remain with ZeroHosting

If you choose to stay with us, we are committed to rebuilding. We will provide you with a new hosting account on a secured server at no cost for one full year under our Premium Hosting Package.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE ON EMAIL:

Because your previous data is not recoverable, your new email account will be empty. Before connecting your computer or phone to this new email account, please ensure you export/archive your existing emails locally to prevent them from being deleted during the synchronization process.
